Services
Property Setup
Some owners do not need a full redesign. They need the space sorted: furnished, styled and photo-ready. Property setup is exactly that, offered as standalone services you can take one at a time or bundle into a full setup.
How A Setup Runs
Four stages, and you can start at any of them
Most owners come to us somewhere in the middle: furniture already bought, or a layout that never worked. Step through the frames to see what each stage involves.
Consultation & assessment
A walk-through of your space with honest direction on what it needs to earn, and an honest read on its short-let potential.
What We Offer
Setup services, sold your way
Setup starts from R15,000, excluding furniture and décor. Each service below can be booked on its own, and we will always tell you honestly which ones your property actually needs.
Furniture & Décor Sourcing
You have the space and the vision, you just need the right pieces in it. We source furniture, décor and the full essentials list to a brief and a budget we agree upfront, and we can manage delivery and installation so you are not chasing suppliers.
- Sourced to your budget and style brief
- Full guest essentials and linen package
- Delivery and installation handled for you
Space Redesign & Styling
For a property that is furnished but not working. We rework the layout, restyle what you already have where it makes sense, and fill the gaps, so the space reads well in person and photographs well for a listing.
- Layout and flow reworked around real use
- Existing pieces restyled where they earn their place
- 3D renders available before anything is bought
Standalone or Bundled
